However, due to the nature of digital software and the intangible aspect of services provided, all sales are final and non-refundable once the purchase is completed and access or delivery of the product or service has commenced.

Notwithstanding the above, REXI SOFTWARE SDN. BHD. acknowledges that billing inaccuracies may occasionally occur. Therefore, refunds will only be considered and processed in circumstances where a proven error in the invoiced amount has occurred, such as duplicate charges, incorrect amounts billed, or clear billing discrepancies. Customers must report such errors within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the payment was made, providing supporting documentation and a clear explanation of the issue.

Upon receipt of a refund request due to invoicing errors, REXI SOFTWARE SDN. BHD. will investigate the matter thoroughly. If a refund is approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of approval. Customers will be notified via email regarding the outcome of their refund request. If the original payment method is unavailable, alternative arrangements may be made at the discretion of REXI SOFTWARE SDN. BHD.

Customers are advised to carefully review all invoices and payment details prior to submission. By completing a transaction with REXI SOFTWARE SDN. BHD. is not responsible for customer-side errors or misunderstandings regarding the nature, functionality, or compatibility of the purchased software or service, as comprehensive descriptions and demonstrations are provided prior to purchase.

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising out of or relating to refund matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
